Terms of Service

When you access BeatSupply ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you enter into a binding agreement with us. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

BeatSupply is an online music sourcing platform for selectors. We publish hand-picked crates and organise releases by category to help you browse and find music quickly. When you choose a release, we link you to its official page on a third-party store where you can preview and purchase it.

We may add, change, or remove crates, releases, features, or tools at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular release, artist, label, or category will remain available.

To use most features, you need an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

• 01You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
• 02You may not share your account credentials with others.
• 03You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the laws that apply to you.

Some parts of the Platform require a paid subscription. Current plans, prices, and features are shown on our pricing page. We may change plans or prices with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be informed before any renewal at a new rate.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.

Billing is handled by Stripe. You agree to pay all fees plus any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until the issue is resolved.

• 01Monthly plans renew every month on the anniversary of your first charge.
• 02Yearly plans renew every year on the anniversary of your first charge.
• 03If you upgrade during a billing period, you may receive a pro-rata credit or charge depending on the plan.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of any subscription charge. Refund details, including how to request one and processing times, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card provider. In most cases we can resolve billing issues faster through direct contact.

BeatSupply links to third-party stores and may link to other external services. These services are operated independently of us. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their content, pricing, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

• 01Any account you create, purchase you make, or file you download through a retailer is a transaction between you and that retailer.
• 02Release prices, formats, previews, and availability are set by the retailer and may change without notice.
• 03BeatSupply is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer. Retailers and their related marks belong to their respective owners.

Subject to these Terms and an active account, BeatSupply grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal or professional selector purposes.

Our crates, selections, descriptions, artwork, software, and brand materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell them without permission.

You may not:

• 01Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• 02Attempt to access areas or data you are not authorised to use.
• 03Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to extract crates, release data, or any other content.
• 04Republish, redistribute, or build a competing product from our curated data.
• 05Interfere with the proper working of the Platform or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

You may stop using BeatSupply and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates risk for us or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access paid features ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

BeatSupply is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any release, recommendation, or link will meet your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatSupply and its owners, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to BeatSupply in the three months before the claim arose.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of BeatSupply after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of BeatSupply will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales.
